Top 5 Indie Games Buried Under the Ground

Sometimes most of us just look up and forget to look down. What I mean is we only look for games that published by a large company and forget the indie one. Many indie games are actually very good. Most of them had a really creative innovation that will blow any games published by a large company. They keep developing and listen to everyone's feedback. That is why indie games are really worth looking for. Here I will give you a list of my opinion about the best indie games that you can find

5. Volgarr the Viking

Volgarr the Viking
Volgarr the Viking is an action side scroller game developed by Viking studio. Volgarr the Viking tells you the story of a Viking who looks really strong but died after stepping on a spider. So what makes me think that Volgarr the Viking is a special one? Well the one thing that is clear is the game is quite hard, sometimes frustrating, but you will feel really satisfied after finished a level. I once bring this game to school and all my friends went crazy for it.

4. Don't Starve

Don't Starve
Don't starve is a survival game developed by Klei Entertainment. Don't Starve main goal is surviving for a long time in a forest filled with creepy animal. The art is really nice and professional looking, and the atmosphere you get from the art is really great. This game add crafting system to help the player survive, and the world is massive that you would need a really long time to explore it. Sadly the death in this game is really unforgiving, a permanent death if you die. It makes you come into a frustration when the character that you have developed for so long died, and the repetitive gameplay you get after surviving for a long time.

3. Project Zomboid

Project Zomboid
I couldn't really think why games that is really good like this is not played by many people. Project Zomboid is a survival game developed by Indie Stone. Just as Don't Starve, Project Zomboid goal is surviving, but instead of in the forest, you need to survive in a quarantined area infected by zombies. The game adds crafting system to it, and there are a lot of items to craft in here. The good thing is this game let the player choose the way to survive, they can steal the things in the supermarket, or create a farm where the player will be able to plant seeds and grow plant. The cons, just as what survival game has, is the lack amount of objective after playing it for a long time, you will get bored after surviving for 20 days and you leave the game, and a weeks later you find it excited to play the game again.

2. Surgeon Simulator

This is not even a game buried under the ground, I have failed you my visitor I'm really sorry, let's skip this one

1. Kerbal Space Program

Kerbap Space Program
This game is a hell of a game. It is innovative, fun, challenging. Kerbal Space Program is a game developed by Squad. Kerbal Space Program, at first is a game where you able to launch rocket into the atmosphere revolving around earth, and so on, but after a lot of update, they added a bunch of new features. Like aircraft, meteor, and campaign mode. What I really like about this game is it fits with all kind of people. If you are a serious one, you could grab a space craft and launch yourself into and expedition into the moon. If you are looking for a fun, you could just create a thing that will rotate 1080 degree a second spinning the kerbal into the air, and the modding community in this game is just great. There are a lot of mod that you can choose from a mod that enable you to launch missile, laser, helicopter, space station, etc. Because not so many people know this game and this game is really innovative and fun to play it deserve the number one spot in this post.

That is my list of 5 ( excluding the second one ) best Indie Games that is buried under the ground, give me feedback about my list if you want on the comment section, and don't forget to check out my other post
