Making PC Run at Maximum Performance

Hello guys, now I will talk about making your PC run at Maximum Performance, I want to make this guide as small and short as possible because the material itself is not that hard. Before going to this make sure that you really need the performance gain, and you don't worry trading your temperature with performance. This guide doesn't do something like overclocking it is just setting the registry of the PC.

1. Open msconfig

The first thing that you need to do is opening Msconfig you can do this by pressing the start button and then type run and open run. Or just use the windows button + R. Now after you opened the run window type msconfig and then press enter.

2. Edit the number of processor and maximum memory

Set Number of Processor

Go to the boot section of msconfig and then press advanced option, a window will pop up, what you need to do now is check the Number of Processor and the Maximum Memory. For the Number of Processor set to the number of processor's core that you got in your processor and for the maximum memory set it to the ammount of Ram that you have

3. Turn off useless service

Remove Unwanted Bloatware

Sometimes a lot of service run in the background wether you know it or not. This service can slow down your computer if it use too much processing power or Ram. You will notice some lag when you ran demanding application. So what you need to do is go to the service, and then check Hide all Microsoft services because turning off a microsoft service could give negative impact to your laptop.

4. Optional : Speed up booting

Remove Unwanted Bloatware

If you notice your boot becomes really slow maybe you need to turn off some start up application, if you used your computer for such a long time and you install unwanted application, this application can slow the booting process and the performance of your PC so I recommend to shut that down
